History

I graduated from a hotel management college in Garnish-Partenkirchen, Germany in 1986. I then started the American International Baking Company in 1988. My passion for engineering led me to design and build Laser/LCD projection systems, LCD projector circuit board, bakery equipment such as conveyor belts, cake cutting machines, chillers, proofers, ovens and cake display units. The need for a more sophisticated circuit board led me to attend Vermont Technical College, where I graduated with a dual major in Electrical Engineering and Computer Technology. I joined the IBM design team in Essex, VT as a chip designer (A mask chip specialist). After my contract ended with IBM I started a restaurant equipment company.  My team and I have designed, sold, serviced and installed equipment and hood systems for hundreds of food institutions, from schools to restaurants to hotels and super markets. If you would like a quote on a custom design, purchase, service or maintenance contract for your existing equipment. We would be happy to talk to you.
